Prelude to the Arbitration Open, free of charge and completely independent of the congress registration fee.
The pre-Open conference «Metaverse: Ruling digital state sovereignty», organized by the European Association of Arbitration in collaboration with UNIR and InArb, will be held on May 3rd. The event will take place at the Centro Riojano de Madrid (C. Serrano, 25, 28001 Madrid) from 6PM to 8PM CEST. We will discuss the role of arbitration in the multiple commercial possibilities offered by the metaverse, as well as the new paradigms that states will have to face; digital states, sovereignty issues, etc.
With a hybrid format (face-to-face and streaming), we will have a panel formed by Sarah Benatar (Barnea Jaffa Lande. Israel), Sophie Nappert (3 Verulam Buildings. UK) and Nicolle Lafosse (Lafosse Law. USA).
This is a completely free event and independent of the Arbitration Open, with different registration forms.
