Registration is now open for the eighth edition of the Arbitration Open. On May 4 and 5, we will be discussing the latest developments in international commercial and investment arbitration at a congress that, as in every edition, will be full of novelties in its format and topics. The event will have a hybrid format, combining a spectacular staging, the strong point of the Open, with a streaming broadcast in television format that will maintain the audiovisual quality achieved in previous editions.
The venue chosen for the congress is La Nube de Pastrana (P.º de la Habana, 208, 28016 Madrid), an avant-garde and innovative place that fits perfectly with the image and values that the Open de Arbitraje represents.
In this edition, the theme of the different tables and presentations will be «travel». Over the course of two days, the Arbitration Open will become an international airport from which we will be able to learn about the reality of arbitration at a global level without having to leave the event. We will visit cities such as Paris, Mexico City, Boston, New York or Singapore, among others, discussing all the paradigms and challenges that arbitration must face. To this end, we will have a high-level program with a wide variety of professional profiles, trying to give a voice to all the actors involved in the arbitration sphere: companies, law firms, experts, etc.

- The impact on commercial and investment arbitration of sanctions against states.
- Arbitration, Sustainability and Environment.
- Disputes in PPPs/Concessions
- ESG, the engine of cultural change.
- The digital future of arbitration.
- Current arbitration trends in the energy sector.
